  I already paid for mapping the domain ‘ iwkd.my’ to this account, why is it still didnt map here for me to setup the website ?
  The charges 13 $ has beed deducted from my account

  I was charged 3 times at a rate of $13. I need a refund, and my site is still not even showing up.

  I am not seeing that your account owns any WordPress.com upgrades. Nor do I see any WordPress.com user account that owns Domain Mapping for iwkd.my.

  I do see a failed transaction. It looks like Paypal (our payment processor) did not want to accept your payment for some reason. The error message is:

  10486: This transaction couldn’t be completed. (This transaction couldn’t be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal.)
