  My credit card was charged for $99.00 today, but I don’t know how to get into my original account to cancel it. I really need this money back please help me. I know you have a 30 day refundable policy. Also if there is a number i could call to figure this out over the phone that would be great because this chat thing is bullshit. Please help me.
