  Hi! The site took money from card automatically on 18th august when also I spoke with somebody from support and the refund wasn’t made. How can I have them back?

  The refund was issued on August 11.

  Since it was issued the same day of purchase, it may have been processed by your credit card provider as a reversal, meaning the original charge should have simply been removed.
