  HEllo! I don’t understand why, but WordPress charged me 66€! I have never accepted to pay! I need this money BACK ASAP. Please guide me in the process on how to do that.

  The site I need help with is alinalitvinova.wordpress.com.

  If you don’t know what a charge is about, you can check it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. On the same page is a form to contact the Billing Team.

  The account you’re using to post here has never bought any paid upgrades on WordPress.com, but based on that amount, this payment was for a Personal Plan and a domain renewal.

  If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

  You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
