    I would like to cancel my account that I just opened today. I know when I signed up that it said I have 30 money back guarantee. Please let me know how to go about this. My account name is @allthingsmgmt and my email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Thank you.

    You should be able to cancel your upgrade from the purchases page:

    Please let me know if you have any trouble cancelling it from there.

    If you don’t mind, I also want to ask whether there is a specific reason you want to cancel. If it’s a specific feature you’re looking for, let me know. Perhaps we already have it and you just haven’t found it yet.
