    Hi,
    I upgraded to ‘Premium’ from ‘Personal’ the same day but decided i didnt want to have ‘premium’ so I canceled the ‘Premium’ and I only got half the payment on ‘premium’ back and ended up with a ‘free Plan’ and haven’t got back the money from the personal plan. I just want my money or the ‘personal’ plan back.

    As for your situation though, since you upgraded to a higher plan and canceled, I don’t have a clear answer here. Given the gravity of the situation, here is what I am doing.     I can do either for you, so which would you prefer? Should I refund the remainder of your payment, or should I restore the Personal Plan to your site?
