  I was charged $48 but after cancelling my plan, i was only refunded $22. Can you please sort this out ASAP.

  Sure, I’ve refunded the remaining amount and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show on your statement but international refunds (to banks outside the US) can take a little longer.
