    Hi there. I am a little irritated because I had messaged you guys and canceled​ my account (requested the refund) then it didn’t get processed in time so my account was overdrafted. Usually you guys are really good about communication but I didn’t hear anything back and it was too late. It took out $96.00 and I would like to be refunded as soon as that can happen!

    Let me know if I can talk to anyone about that or if you guys can put it back in my account. Thank you guys!

    Hi there,

    If you have cancelled your subscription/plan within 30days of purchase then you will receive a refund.

    Refund a Purchase

    Refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you.

    You can contact your bank to know the status of your refund.

    I can see that a refund has been issued on February 12. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

    Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank.
