money back

First I bought the Personal plan, then upgraded to Premium. But to work normally with your app I need plugins that are only available with the BUSINESS app. As a result, I cancelled the subscription, but you did not return my money, but withdrew from my card an amount equal to what I paid! As a result, I spent more than $ 200 and received NOTHING. Please return my money, as I did not receive any result and am extremely dissatisfied with your internal pricing policy! No one answers my messages in the chat!
