Money back issue

Hi, I’ve asked for a full refund after cancellation of my premium plan, but I did not recieve my money yet. I have a screenshot from by bank that the money back transaction is empty, I can attach them if there would be such a button in messages. What is wring wuth that transaction and how can we solve this mistake?

You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.

Though I’m not sure when you performed cancellation of your purchase, it takes time for you to get money back.

Your refund was processed on 27 April. You can view the receipt with a transaction ID in your billing history here:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
Refunds are issued immediately on our end, but we have no control over how long your bank takes to process it and return it to your account. If you haven’t received the refund yet, please follow up with your bank, and provide them the transaction ID appearing in your receipt as a reference.
