    When we signed up we were hoping to develop an eCommerce site with wordpress.COM. We paid the 99$ and was wondering if we could carry over that charge to wordpress.ORG and open an account on that?

    WordPress.ORG does not have any hosting accounts – the only part of your upgrade that you can use on an outside host is the domain name registration

    There is a 30 day refund policy on everything but domain registration, so if you are inside the 30 day time frame you can get a full refund
