Money debited – wordpress premium

  I have applied for 14 days trail for wordpress premium pack. Before the completion of 14 days I have cancelled the pack on wordpress upgrade page. However, today $99 has been debited from my account. I am trying to search refund tab on upgrade page but i am not getting.

  Please help me out with this.

  Money has been debited from my account but no premium is activity. I dont want premium subscription and want my money back.

  I surprised that wordpress does not have any customer care contact details – email or phone where I can talk. Auto renewing before the end of trail period is really surprising…this is not the way of providing services….
