Money deducted, but didn't get product (a new theme)

  Hi WordPress,

  I just started a blog and purchased a theme but a red message stating ‘Failed to communicate with MoneyPress – HTTP response code 504’ popped up at the end of the purchase. I didn’t get the theme, but the fee has been deducted from my bank account.

  Please let me know if you have any idea how to fix this (I am currently on the free plan)?

  Hello @xiangcatherine –

  There isn’t a transaction on record at this end – (we’ll keep an eye on it though) what you see may have been a pre-authorization by your bank. There were some blips with the payment processing earlier, which probably was what you encountered there.

  When you have a chance could you try the transaction again?
