  can i earn money from my blog ? what is the procedure ?
  what are the necessary requirements?
  how can i get ads to my post to earn money from it?

  Just to highlight this one: you can’t. Adding any advertising outside of the WordAds program will get your blog suspended. You must have a custom domain as well to make use of WordAds.
