Money got deducted but my plans shows free

    Hi My Money got deducted from my credit card ($96 date 7/2/2019 last four digit of card [redacted]) but it doesn’t show in the account. i have tried contacting but not getting the response. please help me at earliest, we would like to launch our site soon.

    Hi kenaajadeja3760,

    Don’t worry, I’ll try and help you find it. The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com, which suggests you have a second account.

    Could you try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address your receipt was sent to? The plan should be listed on the Manage Purchases page once you are logged into the correct account.

    If you still can’t see it there, what is the address of the site mentioned in the receipt? These forums are a public place so please do not share any transaction IDs or card details here (we’ve redacted that information from your post).
