money is deducted but domain is nowhere

  Hi,

  I just bought a custom domain from WordPress. Paid through PayPal, total amount was 1240 INR, but only 66 INR has been deducted. I have not received any email from WordPress about the domain registeration or buy. Nothing in Dashboard too..

  What has happened?

  ANd the domain that I supposedly bought is still available on godaddy…. Is domain buying from wordpress too complex and I missed something????

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any upgrades, nor any transaction records on your account. Is the transaction showing as successful on your bank statement?

  If you tried buying the domain using a different username, please log in as that username and post here so I can check the correct account.

  Can you also please give me the exact URL of the page where you bought the upgrade, as well as the domain you were trying to register? Thanks.
