Money is deducted but the domain is nowhere

  Hello!

  I’m a new user. I bought a custom domain but I can’t find it. In my bank statement, the transaction has been successful. Speaking of which, I was using my debit card for payment. For account, I’m already using the correct one.

  Hi @thekrisawan11, what is the domain? We don’t see it on this account either – only some purchase attempts that did not process. Is it possible what you’re seeing from your bank is asking you to authorize the purchase?

  I don’t think so. But I’m going to call the bank’s customer service to get some information from them because it’s weird. I’ll update later.
