Money is getting deducted even after cancellation

  My money is getting deducted even after cancellation of plan. There is no receipt generated. When checked with the bank, they are asking to check with the merchant

  Correct account: Yes

  If you don’t know what a charge is exactly about, you can find out at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You find on the same page a form to contact the Billing Team.

  We have no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  So please use the tool that @staartmees suggested to determine if the purchase you’re referring to is associated with WordPress.com or not.

  And when check the receipt, it’s saying there’s no receipt for this transaction. Could you please help me understand what’s going on here!

  There is no other account that I have created. I still tried using the link provided by you, but I haven’t received any mail or any information

  And it’s clearly mentioned the charge is for

  Domain registration : fleetingmemories.net

  Domain Connection : fleetingmemories.net

  WordPress.com Personal : fleetingmemories.net

  But there is no receipt generated. Could you please help.

  Can I get an customer service number for the same? I don’t see this working. There is no proper solution
