Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.
Unfortunately, you failed to provide any details. What are the specifics please? Which username account and site URL does this relate to?

The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of any upgrades.
Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade. If you do not have that log in information, you can track it down using our mystery charge tool here:
