Hello, I refunded € 300 for a premium account and I still haven’t received the money. Please refund your money.

I don’t see any refunds on this account; can you log in as the user that owned the upgrade?
Generally speaking: it can take several business days for that to route back properly and appear on your statement. If you cancelled immediately after purchasing, the refund may not appear at all — the entire charge might have simply been voided.
If after 2 weeks you still don’t see the refund on your account, please contact the bank directly to confirm it wasn’t voided, then log into the correct account and contact us here.
