Money not refunded

    Hello. On 19th of January 2018 i cancelled and requested a refund for an upgrade i bought. I received the email confirmation from you but the money were not refunded until today even if more than 7 days have passed. Please update me on the status of the refund. Thank you! Best Regards!

    as far as I know refunds can take around 10 days to show on your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

    I can see we issued the refund on January 19, 2018. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

    Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
