Money not refunded

    There are 3 transactions on my account $21, $415.80, $436.80.
    After talking to the customer agent last time, all 3 transactions were cancelled and refunded from your end. But it has been charged on my credit card as I see. No refund has been issues. Please look into it.Humble request for the rfund please.

    I’ve double-checked your account and can confirm that we have issued refunds for those transactions. You can view the refund receipts on your Billing History page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    Please note that refunds usually take up to 10 business days to be reflected in your credit card statements. Since it’s only been a few days since the refunds were processed, please be a bit more patient.
