Money paid

    Hello, I paid money for my other site to become a .com. I paid $48 but I recently switched sites and deleted the other. Is there a way I can switch the remainder of that payment to this site so it can be a .com as well, or I can get a refund for the months I didn’t use on the other site? Thanks.

    Hi! I’m not sure we can do that. I went to check and realized I don’t see any upgrades on this account — current or cancelled. Do you have another username with us? Are you able to log in as that user?

    Also, you would certainly need a domain to get a .com for your site to have its own domain . That in itself is $18/year, but the registration is free with an annual plan, if you’re willing to purchase that for this site.
