Money refund

  Can somebody please help me!
  Who should I contact if I didn’t receive money refund for canceling my domain and custom design?

  Have you double-checked the Upgrades page to make sure the request went through?

  It looks like your payment was made by echeck and has been canceled.

  Have you checked your PayPal account to see if the funds are there? If the payment was canceled before it cleared, then the funds wouldn’t have been withdrawn from your bank account. If the payment was canceled after it cleared, the funds should have been returned to your PayPal account.

  Yes, I paid for it with Pay Pall account and I cancelled it before funds were withdrawn from my bank account.
  The money was taken from my bank account two days later but I didn’t get any refunds back yet.

  I checked both Pay Pall and bank account and nothing is there. Thanks for help.
