Money Refund

    Sir, I have already cancel my domain with all site in the domain name http://www.apnataxplan.com which is purchased on 27 Feb 2019 and cancel that domain and hosting on 29/2/2019, but I have not received any amount from your end. Please look into the matter so I can get my refund as early as possible

    Hi there,

    Refunds can take up to ten business days to reflect in your bank account, and it can sometimes take even longer with non-US banks. There has only been four business days since 27 February when you cancelled your upgrades.

    If you haven’t received your refund by ten business days, please contact your bank directly to follow up – exactly how long it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on their processing times, and we have no control over that.
