  Hi, a few days ago I spoke with you and you are help me to cancel my blog and my premiume account, and I got a refund of 336 shekels and now I saw in my bank account that the 336 shekels was descend from my bank acount, can you do something about that?

  The refund was sent on April 27.

  Depending on your credit card provider, it can take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
