Hello my name is kanchan and I am a wordpress user since 2 years. recently i have got the pro version of wp encryption plugin for ssl but ssl did not activated on my blog site http://www.bhavyarupa.com but my money $29 dedcucted from my account. i want my refund. because ssl did not activated on my site.

It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted at GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
Additionally, we don’t sell the “wp encryption plugin” so you would need to reach out to whomever you purchased this from for a refund.
Regarding your SSL certificate, it wouldn’t be applied by simply purchasing a SSL certificate – you do need to update your site settings first.
Of note, your site does load under https currently and redirects any http traffic to https as expected: https://bhavyarupa.com/
