    Hi there,

    For what upgrade, and on which site do you want a refund?

    The account you used to create this forum thread doesn’t own any sites with us, and has never bought any upgrades from us. We don’t even have a credit card on file for you that we could have charged.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    You’ll also have the option there to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
