  How can I bring back my money? My paypall acount have automatic subscribe… and I dont using it. HOW CAN I BRING MY MONEY BACK?

  Hi blogzdobywcy,

  Your account shows you disputed the payment to WordPress.com and PayPal has issued a chargeback against us. Chargebacks are a tool used for fraud prevention:

  Chargebacks and Disputes

  Creating a chargeback removes the upgrades on your account and locks the site until you pay a chargeback fee or cancel the chargeback — in this case it’s too late to cancel the chargeback because the payment has already been reversed.

  We are happy to issue refunds but are no longer able to for this subscription because the payment has already been reversed by PayPal. The money may not appear on your statement yet but it has been withdrawn from us and rerouted to you.

  Occasionally banks will remove the original charge from your statement rather than showing it as a credit, so it’s worth checking that too.

  Yes, PayPal have already taken the money from us and sent it back to you — it may not have credited your account just yet but it has been sent.

  It’s better to contact us directly for a refund rather than disputing the payment. Disputing a payment does not immediately issue a refund, which means the process takes longer.

  Hi blogzdobywcy,

  I’ve checked your account and PayPal have sent the money back to us after closing the chargeback. This means I have been able to refund the $99 to you and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement, so the money should reach you around that time.

  The lock on your account has also been removed now PayPal have closed the chargeback.
