Money taken but no payment notice or record!!

I just did a renewed domain mapping on saildude.com as a gift using another account. Money seems to have been taken, I was allowed to use the existing card on my other account (auxclass) – domain mapping seems to have been renewed (now 2015 expire)
But I was not sent an email notice of funds taken from my card, there is no payment record at saildude – nor is there any payment record at the account I used for the Gift Renewal
so the money was gone but no record of any type other than the domain mapping black screen of death went away
And again I will remind you that your notice of expire is broken as the first notice I recieved for saildude.com mapping expiring was at 14 days not the 90, 60, 30 that the staff keep claiming happens

I just looked at our records. I do see the purchase associated with the auxclass account, but it doesn’t seem to appear in your Billing History. I’ve asked the Store Team to take a look.
As for the expiration notices, I’ve asked the Store Team to help me trace this down in our logs.
I’m sorry this has been such a frustration for you. I’ll let you know as soon as I hear back from the developers.

The sending notice has been broken for over a year – then looked at the Gift renewal and found the problems with the renewal receipts – maybe Matt does not like me or something?? :)

I know we’ve talked about the reminders before. This time I should be able to dig into it better since the renewal reminders should have gone out recently. I think last time you were a few months out from an email, so it was hard to hunt down. I’d really like to get this sorted out for you. I haven’t seen any other users with this reoccurring lack of renewal reminders.
I’ll keep you updated with anything I or the developers are able to find. And I’ll let you know as soon as that gifted purchase is correctly appearing in your billing history. :)

Thanks for keeping after the developers – would be easy if everything failed – then we would have hundreds if not thousands of folks in the forum screaming –
But we have a steady trickle of people in the forum with “no notice sent” issues – the stock answer (that I have given) “many notices are sent out check your spam filter and so on” – but something is failing from time to time
Also I am sort of a simple guy on the notices – one size fits all – 90 – 60 – 30 – 14 etc. for both Auto Renew and Manual Renew – would make the code easier also – and with more people traveling and not always being in internet range – early notice would be better –

That purchase should appear in your Billing History now. I’m still working on tracking down the issue with your renewal emails though.

I don’t know if it is a bug or a feature or never thought about – but in the Saildude store as the owner – there is no indication of who did the purchase other than the due date was extended – maybe where the renewal came from is not a big deal – but would be nice to have some sort of indication of where the gift came from – future feature maybe?
Good luck with the renewal emails – that has been a long running thing – sort of an annual event
