Money taken for deleted site

Money has been taken from my account to renew a site I don’t use and have now deleted. I haven’t used the domain in at least a year and thought I deleted it last year when money was taken out of my account. Please can I have a refund because I cannot afford to lose it.

Yes, I looked through and couldn’t figure out what account it was linked to. I’ve not used this site much at all and never learned my way around it. I have deleted all my pages, not sure which page it took the money for, but I am really hoping for a refund as I didn’t request it to be renewed and feel it’s unfair to pay for something I clearly don’t use.
