Money taken from account

  A payment was taken from my bank account in March 2021. I have not had an account or website with wordpress for a couple of years and do not have log in details!!

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  If the charge is located using the above site, but you are not presented further options, please contact us via billingsupport@wordpress.com
