Money was taken form my card, but I haven`t bought anything

I rejected to take Premium account on your web site in the begginning of trial period but instead of this your web site took my money from my card. 99 USD. How can I get them back?! It has happened today.

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard to access Store → My Upgrades and Store → Billing History.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
To disable autorenew go to > Store > My Upgrades and click the “disable auto-renew” link.WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

I canceled before the period was up, but 99 dollars were taken. I would like to get my money back, but don`t know how to do it. It is some kind of mistake, glitch, that money were taken

You keep opening new forum threads on this same topic and at least 3 have been marked for Staff assistance. Opening new threads will not get you a faster reply.
Staff normally work through threads marked for their attention on an age basis, which means oldest to newest. So each time you “bump” your thread with a new reply, it pushes your thread down in the queue.
So please be patient while they respond to you. Don’t open new threads and don’t add to existing threads not even to say thanks.
