monotone background doesn’t change

  Hi, I just want to know if there’s something wrong with my Monotone Theme since I’ve started the blog only recently, the background color has not changed. :( Is this really what it’s supposed to look like or is it supposed to change? I would appreciate all the comments and feedback about this question.
