Monotone theme: page does not resize to picture

  I have this picture with width 560 and height 740. I post it and this is what happens: http://www.jpb-design.nl/wordpress/uncategorized/test/

  Problem is that it does not scale page to fit width. I can’t find the way to solve this.

  Anyone suggestions?

  The only themes available for WordPress.com blogs are on your dashboard under Appearance -> themes
  We can’t upload themes from outside sources.
