Monotone theme with more than one image per post?
-
Are there any possibilities (via wordpress.org, updated software, customizing, etc.) to customizing a Monotone theme to allow for more than one image per post? (Like dozens and dozens of full-size images per post, without viewers having to click the arrow/turn pages). I like Monotone since it offers large size images for my photography business; or is there another theme out there that allows what I’m looking for here? Thanks, I’m very new to the word press possibilities…

There is a FAQ at the following link and several related entries regarding Monotone
http://faq.wordpress.com/2008/05/26/monotone-theme-questions/All other themes as far as I know allow as many images in posts as you wish. However this will slow down loading time per post and may interfere with syndicated feeds. I’ve created galleries on pages rather than posts on my site but they are not large size images. One some pages I have 25 or 30 images. Haven’t tried to put that many in a post though.

Thanks for replying bazaarofdreams; I had already checked the FAQ section you mentioned and perhaps my question relates more to wordpress.org rather than wordpress.com, I’m not stuck on Monotone at all (though the color changing/adapting feature is nice); I just want a photoblog template/theme that allows for BIG images and that has posts running down the page like a regular blog.

“The Journalist” theme has a maximum advertised width of 690 pixels, but I’ve posted photos up to 720 pixels width without problem. It’s also very minimalistic, but has the advantage of widgets and the ability to use the Gallery feature as well.

Oh, and I do have a Monotone blog as well, but barely post there these days because of the above deficiencies.
