  Good afternoon,

  I am unable to see the ‘back end’ of my website MonstersofDirt.co.uk to make any changes. The Women who worked for us has now left and we are unable to speak with her to resolve this. I can see our other website fine Wincantonprint.com. Any time I click ‘My Site’ a message comes up ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’. Any help would be much appreciated.

  Your site is not hosted here, on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.

  For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
