I need to pay the monthly rate and not the yearly. How do I do this exactly. The only option that appears is for yearly and I need monthly. I am unable to pay one lump sum at this time. Monthly payments were never very popular and worked out far more expensive in the long run. Months do tend to come round very quickly. Let’s ask staff if the monthly option is currently available or not.

Yes, we offer both monthly payments and yearly options. Looking at your account, though, I can see that the system is only prompting you to purchase a 1 or 2 year plan. There was a recent change made to this check out flow and you should see the monthly plan option at check out, but that’s not happening.
I can add the monthly plan through the back end of the site. Let me know which plan you wanted for avdesignstrategies.wordpress.com.@themagicrobot – Thanks for tagging this one. If you see any more of these please tag for staff and ask which plan the user wants. Current work around is for us to manually add the plan from the back end.

Hello – I really would like to do monthly. When I just went to the website it only shows in the checkout cart yearly payment. This is way too high for me to afford at this time. I need to be able to do this for tonight. Can someone please assist.

Hi HELP…I just purchased my account for the monthly payment of 40.00 via PayPal but it is not connecting to the website I already created. It looks like a new site. I do not want a new site. I need to upgrade the existing website I already created to a Business Plan. Why did it do this. I barely can afford this and now its not even for the correct thing. Please assist as I really needed this for today. Thank you – please can you fix this on your end.
