Monthly feed pull?

  Hi I’m looking into pulling some xml feeds. But I only want the current months feeds. the rest will be on an archive page. Does anyone know how I would start this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What exactly do you mean? Whose content do you intend to draw on? That’s an important question as among the types of blogs that are not allowed here at WordPress.com are:

  Automated blogs: Blogs that are generated by computers, including randomly generated blogs, blogs that re-publish press releases, marketing material, search engine results, link dumps or any other mass-produced content. http://en.wordpress.com/types-of-blogs/

  It’s part of a library. In addition to a whole site. There are new books that come in and we’d like to be able to post a list of them. The XML feed is our own. It’s not part of the regular blog but just a page that would change monthly.

  Let’s start with you calrifying which free hosted WordPress.com blog you are referring to. Please post an active link starting with http:// to that blog. Also note that we provide support on this forum only for free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

  Pages do not have RSS feed capability. Only posts are displayed in RSS feeds. All WordPress.com blogs have multiple feeds. In your case a Category feed for new books might be the way to go.
