  How can I choose a monthly payment method with Ideal?
  It doesn’t give me the option.

  Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  IDEAl should be available if you live in the Netherlands, https://wordpress.com/support/payment/#local-payment-methods. Let’s wait for help from Staff.

  You will automatically be shown the payment methods available in your region. If a payment option is not visible at checkout, it is not available to you.

  Additionally, not all methods may be available for monthly payments, so if you try to purchase a yearly subscription iDEAL may be an option then.
