  Is it possible to pay monthly rather than annually?

  I have checked the forums, and it seems there is no monthly payment.

  Is it possible to upgrade from a premium to business plan? I would like to test something for a month or two, and if it works I will be able to upgrade. How would this work? Would payments made on the premium plan be deducted from the payment for the business plan?
