  I want to upgrade to the $8 monthly premium plan but cannot
  pay annually, only monthly – can I do that, please?

  i want to upgrade to the $8 monthly premium.
  Can I pay month by month? I cannot afford to
  pay annually – maybe later if I can get some sales.
