Monthly plan credit

  If purchased a plan monthly and decide to upgrade to the higher plan, do I need to pay the complete amount or the credits apply to the upgrade?

  We don’t pro-rate credit like that.

  Instead, you can switch your plan to auto-renew next month at the annual rate.
