  Is it possible to have monthly payments for WordPress.com?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress.com plans are annual. There are no monthly purchases, whatsoever.

  What if I buy a plan and I am not satisfied with the features?

  If you are not satisfied, you can always request a refund for the WordPress.com plan that you buy within 30 days of purchase. Refund terms are mentioned here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  Note that if you choose to register a custom domain along with the plan and cancel the plan after 48 hours of purchase, the normal cost of the domain will be deducted from the refund. If you cancel within 48 hours though, you will have the refund in whole.
