  Hi there,
  I just want to make sure I choose the right plan. I want a simple website for now where I can include a digital order form that links to my inbox. Does the premium plan ($8 per month) allow me to use plugins such as wpforms? Since I need to create a business email, can I also do that through this subscription? Thank you

  Upgrades are charged annually in advance, not monthly. Plugins are a feature of the Business plan, not the Premium plan. A certain amount of forms can be used here even with a free site: https://wordpress.com/support/forms/
  WordPress.com doesn’t offer email hosting but there are workarounds:
  https://wordpress.com/support/add-email/
