    i’m not sure why this was posted on the forum – it was meant for support. But can anyone tell me if it is true that you can’t switch to an annual plan after a monthly subscription? Seems a bit prescriptive?

    You can pay monthly but I wouldn’t advise you to do so. It works out to be a very expensive solution. When I look on my site and click on Upgrades I see “Pay yearly up to 62% off”. Next to that is an arrow with a dropdown menu. The monthly option is at the bottom but would be 62% more expensive and most likely missing the free custom domain for the first year offer. If you do go for that option you can of course change to an annual plan if you wish.
