  is possible for one to do a monthly subscription instead of paying the whole full year,please let me know if its possible and how can i go about that.Thank you.

  Hi there, all Plans are paid yearly, a year in advance. There is no monthly payment plan available.

  You can cancel and refund your Plan in the 30-day window from date of purchase. If you purchase a custom domain with the domain credit, that can be refunded only in the first 48-hours after purchase. More about refunds here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  After the respective refund window, it is not possible to receive a refund and your plan will continue to run until you cancel it https://en.support.wordpress.com/faq-renewing-and-canceling/
