More an than one email address for email notifications

Can more than one email address receive email notifications? And if so, where do I insert the second email address. Right I’m the only one getting notifications and my boss would like to receive them too. Thanks.

If your blog is public, anyone can follow it, but you can also send out invitations to specific people you’d like to share your blog with.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/If your blog is private, nobody will be able to follow it unless you specifically invite them, at which point they become a Viewer.

Thanks. Also, is there a way for visitors or subscribers to be able to follow the thread of comments directly? To receive notifications each time a new comment is posted? Thanks.

Yes they can do that if you enable the setting. > Dashboard > Settings > Discussion
scroll down to:
Follow Comments __ Show a ‘follow comments” option in the comment form.
click “save changes”
