More exposure, does WordPress offer any free helps?

  Wondering if WordPress will place a link to my blog on their front page. As a reward for an anniversary, content, hits, or whatever, like a grant?
  If so how do I sign up for it? How are the front page blogs picked?

  If users get more traffic, doesn’t that help WordPress?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
