more impressions less paid

    The past few months the impressions on mu site grew and also the reveneus grew. In April 2016 the amount of impressions really grew a lot! But in April 2016 the revenues dropped. Why is that?

    Advertising rates fluctuate constantly. The online ads system is similar to the stock market where advertisers bid in real time.

    Rates are vastly different depending on the country the viewer is visiting from. For example, we’re paid in dollars per thousand impressions in the US, but we’re only paid in cents per thousand impressions in the Middle East. Unless you have the same exact number of visitors from the same countries every single month, you’ll never be able to calculate a consistent rate just by Earnings vs. Impression totals.
